The Supply Line is linked by our fully integrated computer system enhancing a quality control program (ISO9002 / AS29002). The Supply Line is a specialist supplier of valves as well as oilfield and pipeline equipment. Our standard quality system offers certification for all certifiable product. The Supply Line can source the item you need utilising our data base of 20,000 items held by our self and other major stockists in Australia and world wide. This website lists our range of imported valves & specialty products made to API & BS specifications by ISO9001 accredited manufacturers. As Australia has removed duty on most types of valves, it is emerging as the "New Singapore" with Adelaide as the most centrally located supply point in Australia. This has allowed The Supply Line to break in to the lucrative Asian Market.

The Supply Line is now Australia's largest stockist of new certified valves and has maintained its market share by "picking the eyes" out of the world market place. We now stock a huge variety of imported certified valves that can be sold retail or wholesale at competitive prices. The Supply Line is used by most Australian merchant chains as a fast-track sourcing point for ex-stock supply and overseas sourcing. The Supply Line's policy is to maintain 50% of our sales through existing merchants rather than setting up interstate branches competing against them. In doing this The Supply Line commands strong buying power giving it access to all brands at discounted prices.

Modifications:
Quick production or "rush" modifications of standard valves, such as upgrading for Sour, Cryogenic etc., changing packing-materials or assembling/mounting actuators, modifications include all required testing.

Quality:
System in place in accordance with IS09002.

Performance:
Performance close to 100%, an average delivery-time service level of 98.80%.
