The Supply Line can re-clad or custom manufacture to your requirements. Balls can be manufactured on robotic CNC lathes, metal seats can be diamond lapped to any ANSI class shut off requirement.

We can brand with your brand name if required. We also perform conversions to screwdown-non return or parallel slide.

We specialise in stocking undrilled valves and strainers in iron, steel and stainless. We can same day drill to your required drilling standard.

ADDITIONAL TESTING
"PMI" (positive material identification) can be performed on all parts, traceable to heat number.

A. EXPEDITING AND SERVICES
  The Supply Line is specialises in providing full service packs on your orders to any industrial manufacturers.

B. INSPECTION AND TESTING ACTIVITIES
  Thanks to the experience gathered during many years of activity in the supply of products to the major industrial and off-shore players, The Supply Line can provide professional competence in the survey, review and witness of all the most required non-destructive tests, such as:
 
  • X-Rays
  • Ultrasonic Tests
  • Magnetic Particle Inspection
  • Positive Material Identification
  • Dye Penetrant Liquid Inspection
  As well as the following product tests:
 
  • pressure tests – pneumatic
  • pressure tests – hydraulic
  • pressure tests – gas high pressure tests
  • Helium fugitive emission tests
  And functional test for special applications:

  The above activities usually require the use of special tools, equipment and qualified personnel normally provided by the manufacturers or by external qualified laboratories.
   
  Upon request The Supply Line may provide the assistance of independent and qualified institutes and laboratories to perform the inspection activities “on –site” or in neutral facilities.
   
  * These survey and surveillance activities depend on collaboration with the manufacturer of the products to be supplied to The Supply Line.
   
C. ADD-ON VALUE ON THE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIES
  Any activities performed by The Supply Line are kept under full control of professional, specialist staff.
   
  For any of your orders, The Supply Line may perform, with strict attention to detail, the following activities:

The above services - usually agreed upon at the time of order – not only assure the client that it’s order is accepted by the manufacturer but also gives the client the certainty that the quoted job costs are kept during the entire supply period, without extra charges by the third party companies appointed for the inspections.
