We also take care of traceability and spare parts, and supply a full 12 month warranty in Australia, regardless of our ability to reclaim from the factory. With this in mind, the onus is on us to ensure we only stock reliable brands. If you airship a valve yourself from overseas the supplier expects you to airship back for repair.

We source the world for the best deal, buying in bulk giving us economies of scale.  In most cases we are not bound by agency agreements. Due to our low overheads and having only one central office we can sell a valve to you for lower than the "real" cost of stocking it yourself.  Being centrally located we can ship in short delivery.
